Port forwarding for utorrent

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me with my port forwarding problem. I had ports forwarded and utorrent running perfectly with my seimens 4200 modem. I have now added a belkin router model f5d7230-4 to my computer so i can share internet connection with my laptop and utorrent now says ports are not forwarded properly. I've been told to put the seimens modem into bridge mode and have done that but that ddnt seem to work any help would be great

OK i dont know if you already did, but you have to open ports on your router the same ports you assing to utorrent u have to open them on your router. if you havent done it, heres the link to open the ports on your router.

Yes I have already forwarded the ports on the belkin router but utorrent still says port is not open, I forwarded the ports the same way i did with the seimens modem and that worked fine. Do you have any more ideas

Do you know if the seimens modem and belkin router conflict with each other some how
