How do you use DVD AUTHORING or ADD A MENU?

Im using Nero Vision Express 3, and I dont know how to add a menu to the DVD. Such as... a PLAY NOW or SPECIAL FEATURES etc before the DVD starts? Can anyone give me a step-by-step tutorial on how to even reach this section of the program because I see no buttons or anything relating to adding a menu? Thank you.

well, i use dvd flick and it can do that pretty easy i also know if you look in you program folder under Nero theres a FAQ and guidish thing , it might help
