Problem backing up Robots with Clone2 and AnyDVD

I can't seem to backup Robots using Clone2 and AnyDVD. I really don't want to have to download another program. Any ideas on how to get these 2 programs to copy Robots? Thanks for any advice!

Ran this movie thru again, just to be sure it worked....and it did. Did you select a suitable burn speed?

Slysoft has a forum which is moderated by their developers if im not mistaken. http://forum.slysoft.com/

oh2binaz, whats the problem your having? need more details

try doing the movie only

if the dvd is scratched/bad you will have problems transcoding it . try using the AnyDVD ripper in that case

I am extremely new to this.... what would be a suitable speed? With the other movies, I just went with what Clone had in there (which is set to maximum) and they work great!

When I start it, it shows the movie playing in the preview box.... then it scans it and stops after a few seconds and the error message is Processing Error: E:/VIDEO_TS/VTS_08_4.VOB read error
Data Error (cyclic redundancy check).
It says to clean the surface and try again. The movie hardly has any scratches and I've cleaned it and tried again, but it still comes up with the same error message.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

you want to burn at 8x max speed .NOT max.

sounds like you have a bad/scratched dvd being CloneDVD 2 will handle this title fine. try using the AnyDVD ripper and see if that works

heres a guide or two to use CloneDVD 2 + anydvd
