12V. 80x80x25mm 2Ball Bearing w/ Blue LED fan. 2500RPM Fan Speed. w/ 3pin connector. Retail blister package. just woundering if that is any good? for a cooler fan

Maybe, maybe not. Hard to tell without a brand name and model number. The better ones have brand names. Thermaltake, Zalman, Akasa, Antec, Thermalright, are well known brands which have good reps. The blue LED will look pretty, but won't help the cooling any. I would rather spend my money on cooling than lighting up the inside of my case where I can't even see it.
