I have a box with a error 21 code (dashboard error) but the only way it happen was during a game so I'm guessing it still has some files. There's no way to access it from FTP or a Slayer Evox disc and it won't read any games. So what should I do? I can't get the unlocking code for the drive and is there a simple way to do it? What if I get another copy of bios on an another hardrive and then put it on this one. WHAT SHOULD I DO?!!??!

you can try that, it is about the only thing i can think of that you can do without any access to the EEPROM file.
Or of course send it out and have a good modchip instlled and you will never have that problem again.
