I have this problem with the sound after i burn it to a dvd. I burn a file to a blank dvd. After it finish burning i played the dvd it was working fime until in the middle of the program the sound was way off wat the picture was showing for an example you hear the sound first then 2 seconds later you see it happen by watching it. another example you will hear some one talking but you will see their mouth is not moving until 2-3 seconds later tell me how to fix this problem

Re this and freezing problems - seems to be associated with the use of poor quality media and/or burning too fast.

I agree, use Verbatim or TY and burn at 4x or slower. That should fix your problem.
