How do I crop the image when exporting to MPEG

Hello all

I am having trouble cropping my film when exporting to MPEG. What I want is to have a black border below and on the top of the picture.

Thid is what I have been trying:

Export template on Nero Digital
Profile Standard: I click on video options.
There I disable the "automatically select the best preprocessor setings".
Then at "crop" I select the crop button and put numbers for cropping.

Last I select "OK" and start exporting. But nothing happens, the finished exported film has not been cropped.

Anyone got an idea what I am doing wrong?
I have Nero 6
