ive just changed my isp from buldogg 2meg to ticalli 5.5meg but my torrents are going slower than dial up speeds ive tryd everything port forwarding still nothng can any 1 help?

If you mean Tiscali, they block torrents: http://www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/Bad_ISPs

You could have a look at something like Frostwire; I use it for all my music needs and I have even used it for a few video files but I think Tiscali and any p2p program are at direct odds.
