There's your first mistake. torrentit.com is the original site's URL, not torrentlt.com people. Notice the I, not the L, is the correct letter.

PG2 is NOT infallible, by the way. They admit that themselves, which is why they have a way to contact them if you get blacklisted wrongly. I've known users with seedboxes that have been blocked by it, as well as home users, when they did nothing wrong.

Hmm, calling others idiots, when you spell "nightmare" as "nighmeare"...
Not to mention, first you mention that anyone can do a whoisguard, which is wrong, and THEN you wonder how someone gets a whois lookup from a site....
Contradicting yourself in an odd way there, aren't you?
You're actually claiming to know about this, but wonder where she got the whois?
God...

A linux page source toolbar is infallable..

Going namecalling of seniors is stupid.. I hope you have reinforced underwear.

The site url is torrentlt.info.. and torrentlt.com (the original)

Seeing as the info domain was registered in january, and masked I think it's all a load of BS anyway. They would be up and running if they were going to!

Calling a professional IT engineer a drunk?? That's rich coming from some kid with about as much know how as my dog.
Come back when you have 20+ years IT experience.

It is torrentit.info and torrentit.org and torrentit.com. All registred with namecheap.com + WhoisGuard on it. Yes the domains have been registred in January yeah. You recognize government operations by fast actions. We need time to set this stuff up and if you don't trust us then don't come.

If your guys are really such pussy's then go use Usenet or whatever.

The_Fiend, janrocks, deadlove:
I still don't see where you're getting "torrentLt" from, the site has always been called torrentit (iirc if you go to torrentLt.com you'll get a random p2p site, probably scam related, where if you go to torrentit.com you'll see the old "Stay Updated" site down notice).

you claim it's referred to as torrentLt in the press release, I can't find any reference to *Lt in it (compare
http://selene.tfkyle.dyndns.org/~kyle/Temp/TiT-tLt.png (L) vs. http://selene.tfkyle.dyndns.org/~kyle/Temp/TiT-TiT.png (I)). But if I missed something or misunderstood you feel free to correct me/let me know.

and no the new site isn't called torrentLt.info, it's torrentit.info.

on the domain being registered in January yep it was, we were hoping to launch earlier but life delayed us a bit.

Besides the other mistakes and assumptions, you'd also be wrong on that. It may have been that way a couple years ago, maybe more, but it isn't that way now. How else are torrent sites posting torrents within minutes of pre?

And just because we issued a press release, you assume it's a fraud or a honeypot........I guess it must be beyond those "n00b torrent site staffers" to think ahead and actually publicize something like the return of a site that had 27,000 members at closure? Surely you don't think the site was big before IN SPITE of its ownership/management. And don't think we are any dumber now than we were then. No.......we actually had a plan, we just got delayed a little bit. If you're skeptical, then fine, but get your facts straight before you try and pass judgment on something. We were there, you weren't, we know the timeline, you don't.

It's obvious that you can't please everybody........and in some cases, the vocal minority likes to pretend its the majority. We'll take it with a grain of salt and carry on with our plans regardless.

The_Fiend,

I couldn't care less about your opinion of Soepkip or the rest of the staff, but I'd like to ask you to tone down, and let other readers form their own opinions (or nicknames, for that matter). You may be an IT professional with 20 years of experience, but I can smell your bad attitude all the way across the wire. If you think someone is unworthy to engage into a discussion with, then you are the unworthy one.

Regarding your suspecions, I have no idea why that IP range (because that's what we're talking about, Mr. IT Professional, not the top level domain) would show up on any lists. I can assure you we have a legit reason to host our splash page and Press Release on this particular host.

Now that we've squared that away, if you or anyone has any further questions, feel free to join #tit at irc.after-all.org. I might not always be on there, but my bouncer is and I'll get back to you.
