Nero v7 just making black video when burning DVD's?!?

I recently had to do a full system restore and since then...for some reason...when I attempt to burn a DVD, Nero goes through the whole mastering and burning process but produces a DVD with the proper title screen but only audio and no (just black) video.

I am using .dv files that were rendered out of Avid and the whole process worked great before the system restore. I've tried playing with the encoding settings without success.

Can anyone offer any suggestions? Many thanks in advance.
