Burning problem with Nero 7 and Sony DRU-710A

Hi Experts,

I have been using the combination of H/W and S/w to burn DVDs since Nero 7 was released. I have had no problem till now. I have the updated version of the burner firmware.

I received a Power calibration error. I went through some of the forums threads, but could not find anything which would work for me.

I am down to suspecting the media, but I have had good reports about it; I am using Moserbaer pro DVD -R. 16X.

The first log below is when I received a Power calibration error. The second log is after I re-installed the firmware and I got a burn process failed error.

Any help would be great.

Could you elaborate on what you meant by this being a problem:

That error code signifies your poor choice of media...your burner doesnt like it.
