The phone has a security code set in it and if the code I gave you didn't work and pressing 12345 doesn't work, you'll have to take it to your local mobile phone repair shop and have the code cleared.

WELL IF I PUT THE TMOBILE SIM CARD IN IT IT POWERS RIGHT UP BUT IF I PUT CINGULAR ONE IN IT, THEN IT ASKS FOR CODE

There is no need to have the phone relocked so it only can use T-Mobile, just use the phone as normal with your original sim.

Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Code error", don't try again!!
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!!
