Hi Bizarfar
Here's some suggestions for you:
Nero Version: 7.0.1.2
Nero can use an update - latest is 7.8.5.0. Quite a few fixes and enhancements since the version you are using.
Recorder: <TSSTcorp CD/DVDW SH-S182D>Version: SB02
Drive can use a firmware update too - the latest is SB05. You can use the live update program from samsung's site - link.
You're using good media but take the burn speed down to 8x.
Give that a go and let us know.
