I found this 9600XT for my friend who was going to buy one for 180 so i told him to wait and id try to get a better deal well i found this

bidding starts at 55au but i have never bought of ebay?
Is it safe overall?
Are graphic cards bad to buy of ebay or just liek any store?
And does it look good as in the product ive found or is it fishy to anyyone?

I don't buy off of e-Bay, but that is just my personal choice.

Its only 10au strating bid and 7au for shipping very cheap but its not XT its pro owell i will loose 50mhz on core speed i really dont mind i doubt the PC he is using will let him reach teh capability of the 400mhz on the pro anyways this guy has a good rep 100% 35 feedback and has been there since 02 and has a gold star so its alright.
i guess id pay about 20au after bidding i will bid on the last 10 min,
anyways is Paypal safe and how is it done never belived in online buying until today after i make and ebay account and a paypal one i bid and then is it as simple as saying pay now and selecting the paym,ent method which would be paypal?

yeah, paypal is very easy to use and safe. I have used it many times. You have to of course have the money in there ahead of time though.

Steimey you know if you have used it is this teh right way to use ebay?

1.Make a Paypal account
2.add a bank savings account
3.Wait for them to send you the 2 small funds in 3-5days
4.write down how much they sent you
5.Transfer money i would do 30au i wouldnt go higher
6.wait 3 days for the money to be transfered
7.Bid the Auction
8.If you win you all or some of the money you deposited to your paypal account
Or did i get it wrong?
Cuase to me its starting to be confusing i dont want to be confused whna im dealing with money.

looks right to me. Just make sure the seller accepts Paypal because some of them will, and some will not. and it can take up to 5 days for funds to transfer so leave at least that much time.

Can I pay with Paypal if my paypal Funds are $0 but i have about 150au and pay straight from that in paypal without transfering the funds?
P.S this account is set up as my Bank FUnding account but i dont want to fund money everytime to paypal can i pay using paypal direct from my savings account?
