ive just downloaded sopranos in AVI format i think but there is no sound can any 1 help plz? is there something ive got to download to solve this?

Download GSpot, drag the AVI on to it and check to see which audio codec is required for audio.
Example, it might need AC3 filter and you might have to download it.
If so, check the 'Glossary' tab here at Afterdawn and read up on it.
