hi, i have a sony vaio pcg-grt100 laptop. a few days ago my screen went dark. i can see everything with a flashlight. the computer itself is working fine but i restored everything anyway just in case but that didnt help. is there anything i can do? i now have a gateway laptop with no sound and a sony with no screen. thanks for any help. rh

the backlight for the screen is the causing the problem so might want to get it checked out to see if can be fixed or replaced
