People,
I cant for the life of me back up my copy of The Simpsons Season 7. Ive tried everything. Shrink, DVDFab Decrypter, DVD Decrypter you name it. All of them the latest versions.
They all trip up along the way.
Does this have some kind of super duper encryption??
I thought the latest DVDFab Decrypter was meant to be able to cope with it all... even the new Sony ArcOS.
Anybody come across this?

What error are you getting?
is the disk scratched?
Do they play in a dvd player?
It is not the copy protection that is doing this
try cleaning the disk than ripping

yeah they seem to play fine in my player... they're not totally scratch free but i wouldnt say they were scratched enough to cause a problem.
ive tried cleaning the discs (well, breathing on it and then wiping the disc with a lint free cloth)
when i use dvdfab decrypter it gets to a certain spot then just cant get past it. same for shrink and DVD Decrypter.
do you know if there is any encryption that isnt crackable currently? and would the simpsons have that kind of encryption?
thanks...

No - but there are still many major problems with the interface between the chair and the keyboard.
Other problems can include poorly maintained systems and inappropriate understanding of how software works.

300bowler, i think they may be read errors but i thought it might be the encryption as it has occured on both the first two discs.
cheers

maybe try it on another PC,
or go down to the local video shop and ask if they can resurface it.
