i have just started using utorrent and iam having trouble forwarding my ports.I ve checked their forwarded on utorrent it says they are but ime getting 10 to 40 kbs varying,my upload speeds are as accurate can anyone help cheers

See if this helps. At options>preferences>connection, disable UPnP and at options>preferences>bittorrent, enable both DHT options but only on public sites and Protocol Encryption: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/395674
