Could do with more info than a simple it dosn't work (i.e can you connect, does it give an error etc.)
It works fine for me on my Simply, though I have not bothered going any further than "Searching for Opponents" as i'm not interested in going against anyone, and I'm not one to disconnect mid-game just 'cos I was testing.

ok, it does connect but when it is searching for opponents after a while it gives me an error. btw all my other ds games work online.

Sounds more likely to be some other problem not relating to the game being run on the Simply then. I have just connecetd and played a match no problems at all (other than being crap at the game)
What error message/number are you getting?

The M3 is currently at firmware revision 'v1.04 Final'
