When I click on Nero Startsmart I get a dialog box headed LS_HSI saying please wait while windows configures LS_HSI.It then says the feature you are trying to use is on a CD-Rom which is not available.

Nero Burning Rom will also not load.

If Nero is in-operable, then either a visit to Nero tech support, or look for the post from 'gwendolin'

If you use the clean tool then reinstall Nero you may need your original serial number.
There is a typo at the Nero site for the Nero 7 tool.
It refers to the serial for Nero 6 instead of 7.

I have tried clean tools and then reinstalling but it doesn't work.The problem returns.Looks like I'll have to try Nero tech.
