Hi

Hope someone can help

I am using Nero 7.8.5.0 and I think it is great tho help files arnt and so far nor is their support :((

But i have a problem with home/scout

I have followed the guides step by step for both but it is not indexing my files. It has indexed my videos files and music files from my E drive but nothing from C drive (my documents etc)

They are checked in scout options and added in home settings but still nothing

I have ticked enable scout and there is a scout folder in windows explorer but none of my media files from my C drive in therebut no icon in sys tray (should there be one?)

I am at a loss and assume I am missing something simple

Really would appreciate any help:))

I am running windows xp and if anyone needs any more info and thinks they can help I would be happy to give it and my email addy if its easier that way
