No backup discs PS2 with matrix infinity?

I installed several matrix infinity modchips in PS2's. All without any problems. I recently installed a matrix in a v5 PS2 (mobo GH-015). The problem is: Original disc play normally, but when I insert a backup disc, I get the red screen (Place playstation or playstation 2 disc). I checked all the connection over and over again and even modded it all over again...
Unfortunaly I didn't get any results.....
Can someone tell me please what more I can do or what soldering points are / can be responsible for this problem (maybe I can use alternative soldering points??)
