I would like a recommendation of which software to use for burning DVDs. I primarily will be burning movies and game from VHS tape after I capture them to my computer. I want the ability to edit out commercials, and unwanted segments from the games I have.

The software also needs to be able to burn in a format and size so that when I view on normal tv it is not pixelated so much.
