Hey guys!

I have my system set up and for now can only seem to get my E4300 to 2.4GHz. Past that it will not boot.

Voltage Settings:
Vcore @t 1.4v
NB @ 1.46v
SB @ 1.55v
1.2VHT @ 1.30v
RAM @ 2.26v and running at 1066MHz

What more should I try? You can see my system below.

System Specs:
Asus P5N32-E SLI Plus (Nv650i/Nv570SLI)
Core Duo E4300 1.8GHz OC to 2.4GHz

DELL UltraSharp 2405FPW 24" LCD

Is that a serious question?

Assuming it is, never ask "why" ask "why not".

yes it is a serious question. i guess you have more money than brains because if you overclock the cpu to the point of burnout, it will most likely take out other components of your system. what is your cpu temp at stock speed & at oc speed? are you using stock cpu heatsink fan assembly or what?

Hey dude!

First off, I'm asking for help from others "Many Otheres" who are doing the same and averaging well over 3MHz.

I?m not asking to be warned or criticized by some newbie who has not experience with over clocking.

I have been over clocking for 5 years and have ?Never? lost a component to this practice. I purchase my parts especially for doing this and try to be careful and cautious. That is why I?m asking for help. Everyone finds out different tricks and have different results that can be helpful.

Between all my CPU?s and GPU?s I?ve always gained performance on parts costing substantially less than the top of the line. In this case, I can take a $135 E4300 and have it perform as good, if not better than the X6800 which costs over $900. I don?t know about you, but I?d much rather spend less and get more.

Are there risks involved? Hell yes. But like my old waterskiing analogy; ?If you don?t fall, you?re not trying?.

So if you?re not interested in helping, then please butt-out!
