I am trying to play dvd+rw on my govideo5000 unit and find that my dvd burner writes booktype cd-rom for every dvd type. (all +R, +RW sofar) None of the +rw will play on the dvd standalone. The +R are great. My vcr/dvd unit should play rw. The dvd burner is BenQ DW400A, Firmware vB1HY. It is a non ricoh burner. Nero 6 doesn't give me a booktype tab, but gives the choice of "use multiple players". I'd appreciate any info about how I can author a dvd+rw that can be watched on my standalone unit, Tks!

Download the book type tool from BenQ and try a different setting: http://global.benq.com/asp/uploadfiles/dtaDriver103381.zip
