30g Video "Do Not Disconnect" NEVER GOES AWAY

When I plug my ipod in using usb, "do not disconnect" comes on and stays on... for hours if I let it. iTunes freezes up. I can't restore because I can't get it into iTunes. any help? 30 gig iPod Video. If I disconnect, iTunes immediately works. Plug it back in and it freezes again. I hit Ctrl Alt Del, and it says iTunes is not responding(but only when iPod is plugged in)

As long as your iPod is plugged in and not ejected, it will always say 'Do Not Disconnect'. As for the iTunes problem, try reinstalling it, or if that doesn't work, may just be a computer problem.
