x1600 DVI with princeton 19'' lcd1950

The DVI works when my computer is in POST and then is safe mode but right when windows loads up nadda im using both my CRT in the vga port and that works and the DVI for the lcd ive got the latest drivers and software it is eable in CCC (catalyst control center) i really do not know what to do!!!!!! ive done everything i can think of!!! the ati driver must be wack anyone have this problem before anyway to fix it bc thats 300$$$ down the drain and a FU** you to ATI
