hey all, I'm just wondering where are some good places to buy the R4, i've seen the ebay saller, they're roughly all the same price,. Most of my friends bought theirs from ebay, but I want to try and save some money, and I don't want to risk getting scammed.
So, plz tell me where to buy the original and cheaper R4.tks

Ye you are right ,about the ebay is like:wally goods is very expensive and tinpot goods is cheaper , so if you want to save some money , you couldn?t choice ebay. You can take my advice :I know a saler: named DIGIMARTZ, I have bought a lot of products from it. Its products is very good and cheaper. www.nxpgame.com, not a cheapest place to buy R4, But they are in US,
have great service and product support.

depend where are about you are? because here we from everywhere in the world...it's very hard to show you place to buy it..

Has anyone bought from http://www.consolesource.com ? because I was thinking of buying an R4 card from there because of the low price, and I already have a micro sd so I don't really need to pay an extra $50 for it to be included in the package. But I dont know if Console Source is safe so has any shopped there before?
Or has anyone else had experience with DealExtreme?

I havn't had any experience with consolesource but have seen it recommended alot on these forums.
DealExtreme I have used many times and can recommend providing your willing to wait 1-2 weeks for the item to arrive. I don't think Dealextreme has any R4s in stock atm though.

I've been looking for the R4 and I've been doing some reading about Digimartz on this site. Seems like the only people who recommend Digimartz are all permanently suspended from this site. I was thinking of buying from them but I think I'll reconsider.
Let us know how ConsoleSource turns out... I'm still waiting to hear an email from them whether they actually do have the R4 in stock or not. I read some bad (and some good) reviews about them on google. It's kind of hard to tell who to believe.

ive bought my r4 from dealextreme.com i like that site because its cheap (roughly $60 for r4 + 2gb) and free shipping! although they did postpone my order because of a mistake, but i think it was just a coincidence. still 60!

All the people "recommending" Digimartz were actually advertising, all of their posts were only recommendations for the site (in fact one of them copied one of my guides word for word, with the only difference being the digimartz site being added to the where to buy section)
I would completely avoid the site, anyone desperate enough to have to try to advertise 'for free' has got to be a crap site.
Like dragnandy I would also recommend dealextreme, however they recently had to put their prices up due to the high demand and lack of supply, so you might be better off checking elsewhere before others raise their prices or even looking for a different device.

I got my M3 DS Simply from ConsoleSource.com Much more professional than the majority of these China/Hong Kong based merchants, with customer service and promptness of shipping. They're based in Canada so shipping to the US is a bit faster than China/Hong Kong. Recommend them highly.

hello all , ive bought my r4ds from dealextreme and apart from the shipping ( 10 days from hong kong ) was very pleased with them .
also bought my daughters m3 ds simply from model-gadget.com and was also very pleased with there service , shipping was 2 days royal mail first class in the uk .
just my experiences , woof811.

I really wasn't sure where to get it from because I kept hearing about bad stuff from all of the online retailers (but I guess that's to be expected with the amount of volume they do.
I put in my order with ConsoleSource on the 28th (late at night) and got my R4 on the 31st (in the afternoon). I picked them because they were in Canada and I figured the shipping would be quicker. Everything seemed fine. Their prices were a little higher than dealextreme but they at least answered my emails when I asked if they were in stock (I also heard that shipping with dealextreme seemed to take awhile).

I can agree 100% with Soonio on this one. I received my M3 after only 2 or 3 days of ordering from NXPgame. Great service.
