I think he wants to download files through IRC, I have heard of this (or, maybe it just popped into my head like the usual :P). Well anyways, there is this neat website called www.google.com were you can type in "mirc dowload files" and it will give you cool links, like the mIRC client! Or, maybe even address to servers to were you can download files!! Cool right? Sorry for the sarcasm (just one of those days)... But most likely the freeware you want to download from the mIRC can be found on the net, and downloaded faster. Or, are you using this for pirated material (thats not allowed to be discussed, I can't say anymore).

xdccklipper is also a great way to find yerself kicked & banned from a growing number of IRC channels too. Lotta channels despise xdccklipper or any other xdcc script for that matter and wil kick/ban you from the channel just for having it. Dont even hafta be running it that channel sometimes. Its happened to me in the past - kicked/banned just for having xdccklipper installed/scripted
Anyway, think krazer is either asking for an IRC search engine or a howto guide on IRC. In either case, Google is yer friend
