I just installed an LG DVD-ROM (read only) drive. I have a Samsung burner that was working just fine. Now when I go to burn an ISO image using Nero 6.6.0.19d it tells me it is a CD-R drive and to insert a CD? Here is the error log, and help is much appreciated:

I just tried to burn another ISO image and was successful. The odd thing is, I have already successfully burned the other ISO image just yesterday? Odd thing #2, I notice that randomly checking "My Computer" sometimes this drive is listed as a CD drive and other times it shows up as a DVD-RAM drive? I did turn DMA on on the other drive. Thanks!
You're welcome mandonut
If a disc is inserted in the drive & the drive shows as a cd drive in my computer that's normal - just an windows XP thing :)
Once the disc is out of the drive it will go back to showing as what it really is :)
It was a problem with the image. I'm still trying to figure out how a 4.7 GB ISO of Wario created yesterday with Rawdump became a 32kb sized file? Puzzling.
