Ok so everything was going good until today. For somereaon alot of my channels now have vanished, are locked ir jump. I have tried the re scan idea and also leaving on sky sports 1 to no avail. Any 1 any ideas???

When you say to no avail did you pick up any channs
Use the set my location on comm 6
Blue button on re mote scroll to set my location
Enter your area push ok
Box will now reboot and your settings will be right to scan
Just re scan .......................Paul
