M3 DS simply freeze issues!

Hey

My M3 simply DS keeps freezing up! At forst it was just for Diamond and Pearl that it did it, but now any game, it may freeze. Admitted, it does not do it often, but it's still annoying (i.e. Got a helluva long way on Hotel Dusk, and suddenly BAM, freezes!!)

I'm using a Japan made Toshiba 1gb Micro SD, with the v1.04 firmware!
