Stripping steams with Ifoedit help

I'm having problems using ifoedit decreasing the size of vob files. I took out all of the extra vob files that I don't need and i've got all of my main movie vob's at VTS_01_0-6 and i've tried it on a few dvd's. After messing with all of the vob and ifo files I can get it to work without a menu which I want but as soon as I strip out foreign language streams the dvd will freeze when I test it. I also tried creating ifo's for just my main movie vob's but it turned the movie in like 200 chapters and it would freeze after 30. I read all of the guide's on ifoedit. Why does the movie stop working when I strip out audio and subpicture streams that I don't need with and without a main menu and what could I be doing wrong.

Are you using the "Get VTS Sectors" option after you rip our your streams?

Also remember to close IfoEdit each time between operations.
