Can't burn cds or dvds in vista suddenly

So i thought my sata plextor burner died the other day, as i can't burn discs anymore... so i went out and bought an lg gsa-h62l sata dvd burner today at bestbuy to replace the plextor. It's not working either however! I'm running vista business and here's output from Nero. Help would be GREATLY appreciated, this is driving me nuts!
