ok people i think there will be in games option to select dx10 or dx9 hardware i seen already some tests where x1950xtx play lost planet dx10 demo anyone know something obout that teme pls join to discuss

I dont think the X1950 is playing the DX10 demo. There are 2 Lost Planet demos, a DX9 and DX10. As for the X1000 playing DX10 games, the answer is no. They only DX10 cards are the 8XXX series from Nvidia and the soon to be released HD2XXX series from ATI.

I know that but x1000 series are all vista compatible and in vista u only have dx10 ,i know it not support fully dx 10 but i think in dx10 games will be dx9 and dx10 codepath for grafic card that are dx 9 what u think

or it will not be possible to play dx 10 games at all i am planing to buy hd2900xtx when it come out but i wanna know will my x1950xtx can play it http://firingsquad.com/ on this page u got tests for that dx10 lost planet demo and they play it with my grafic card in dx9 codepath

damm that means that all dx9 grafic card will not work in dx10 games i was thinkin that card at least can play it in dx 9 but in vista u dont have dx 9 i really dont get it :( that mean that i can get it in garbage my precios x1950 :(
