error in burning movie with latest nerovision 4.9.6.6

hi, when i try to use nerovision 4.9.6.6 to convert and burn a movie all is well until the moment i press burn so it starts the encoding process it then immediately comes up with an error: "unable to prepare data for recording: prepare session failed: transcoding of video failed.

This is the error code i get in the notes

[20:22:32] DVDEngine ########################################################################################
[20:22:32] DVDEngine ERROR
[20:22:32] DVDEngine cause: 128 (nmc_processing_exception)
[20:22:32] DVDEngine source: CNeVideoEncoder::GetNextAccessUnit
[20:22:32] DVDEngine description: cannot get next video frame
[20:22:32] DVDEngine ########################################################################################

anybody know why this is? i think i am goona have to go back to 7.5.9.0. again as every version after this one i get the same problems

hoped they would have sorted it out by now?
