Could someone please tell me why whn i delete a song from library it still stays on ipod ???
Also is it possible to delete songs from ipod and leave them in library??

delete them from your ipod not the library. there's a difference between the 2....

plug it into your computer. on your itunes there will be a little flashing ipod. delete songs through that.

Sorry mate just plugged ipod in and no flashing ipod symbol??
right clicking on my ipod symbol does not give that option

to delete the song from the ipod you click on the ipod tab then highlight the desired song you want deleted the hit the "delete" key on the keybaord. that should do the trick....=]]

Hiya
Doing that removes tunes from library to recycle bin...
I only want to remove them from ipod itself and not ipod music library

you have to make sure you are looking at the song on your ipod for it to work

Make sure that if you want your iPod to not have songs that are in the Library that you have to manually sync. Then, after you've chosen to manually sync, you can delete songs from the iPod and the Library without them changing each other. ;-)
