Nero/Shrink Burning Errors please help

I have used Nero and Shrink for a long time and the last couple of days have been getting burning errors. I have uninstalled both and re-installed but still wont burn. I am using Fuji and have never had a problem in the past. Help Please...

The burn is proceeding normally until the burner's laser can no longer follow the track in the blank DVD.

I updated my firmware like you guys suggested and it worked for one dvd, then burn errors again. So I switched from Fuji to Memorex and still get burn errors. I dont understand, I have used Nero/Shrink for a long time now, with Fujis and all of a sudden this is happening. What am I doing wrong? Thanks so much for the help, this is making me crazy and turning all my media into coasters! lol

Forgot to mention....My secondary IDE Channel keeps changing itself from DMA to PIO by itself. I have to keep changing it back. Why is it doing this? Thanks!

These are horrible discs, try verbatim or Sony (made in Japan)....this is all I can see wrong with the log......you MUST use good quality media.
