PC Stuck on startup screen

I switch it on and then i get the company logo on screen but then its just frozen no response from keyboard or anything.

Funny thing is that i get the beep to say theres no fault just the single beep. If it didn't beep or did a strange beep i know there would be a hardware fault.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Can you get into the bios or does it freeze before that too?

Did you add any new hardware recently?

Even though it ain't beeping, i would suggest you open it up (if you are comfortable with that) and remove and then replacing each component just to make sure that they hadn't jumped out.

If that doesn't work i suggest only trying to boot with only the minimal hardware and as little add-on cards as possible.
