Epson R220 Problems

I have two Epson R220 printers. Mine was printing fine all at once the two lights on top started blinking alternately. (Ink and paper feed) The book said call Epson in this case. I checked the cable and nothing will clear the alarm. I got my wife?s printer and hooked it up. Hers printed for a while and started doing the same thing. When I take them to another computer they do the same thing. If I can find the disk that came with them I would reload the drivers. Anyone seen this problem before?
