Ok here's the thing I recently downloaded some video, and theres a problem. The picture looks ok but there is some wave lines near the edge of certain objects and people, especially moving objects. My question: is there a program or app. out there that can help my clean up the picture so it looks better and drops those wavy lines? Freeware preferred? Thanks
