lately i have been getting slow seeding speeds like 20-30kb

usually i get 40-50 kb

now i dont know what the problem is , it says im being firewaled, but i turned my firewall off, still im going 20-30 kb

my ratio is .74, and my tcp is 65000 and udp is 7215

what am i doing wrong???

if i switch to bit torrent do i still get my same ratio????
