can anyone tell me how to do it for a R4?
or a link where i can download one thats already patched and ready to go?

Program to patch with:
http://dldi.drunkencoders.com/uploads/f/f7/Dlditool-win32-gui.zip
File to use:
http://dldi.drunkencoders.com/uploads/0/03/R4tf.dldi
Just open the win32 gui program and use the dldi patch linked to patch your homebrew (note any homebrew, not just snes emulator.
