"illegal disc" error. help.

There once was a time when I could burn with Nero no problem. these days are no more. Now i get the "illegal disc" notification shortly after starting the burn. I likely need to update certain things but frankly I don't know where to begin. this is the error report.

Update the firmware. The latest is BSOY.
Nero version: 6.3.1.11
Update Nero also.
package 1
package 2 (recode, vision etc.)
Physical memory : 191MB
Free physical memory: 30MB
Memory in use : 83 %
More memory would be beter - around 512 mb - add more if you can.
In the meantime keep as much free as possible and close any unneeded programs.
Give that a go and let us know.
