M3 lite and a simple question

Okay I own Pokemon pearl the actual game I was wondering can m3 save the game and reload it to my game cart? What I want to be able to do is trade with my friend then reload my game so I can have the pokemon I traded with him back and him have one as well. Just curious if this M3 card can do that http://www.modmyds.com/m3-lite-microsd-professional-p-56.html Any response would be welcomed thanks in advance!

haha yeah you can do that, i actually did that with my friend to get starter pokemon, and i got like 4 dialgas to trade on the world trading thing. haha out in the worlds is 4 dialgas reg to me. ^_^
