CD-R - Nero completes successfully but no play!

I have been having problems as of late with burning audio cd's from MP3 files, Nero burns the disc fine, and says 'completed successfully' - but when I go to play the disc it recognizes that it has a certain number of tracks, but won't play.
Opening it in 'My Computer' shows the correct # of tracks, but they all show up as 1kb files, it opens as an 'Audio CD' in WMP, and the track will play, but no sound...
Any ideas???

I also tried to burn some images recently with Nero, again it said it completed successfully, but when I tried to open the disc in 'My Computer' I get a 'D: Is not accessible. Incorrect Function' error message.
Have got Nero 6.6.0.18 and my dvd drive is a Matshita DVD-Ram UJ-841S

Nero 6 Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt

Nero 7 Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory

Edit your serial number out. 1A**-***-...
