I START UP ACTION REPLAY AND I TRY TO DO THE QUICK UPDATE AND IT SAYS MY USB ISN'T PLUGGED IN WHEN IT IS

3 things

1. dont write in block capitals admins hate it lol u could get banned
2. why do you have albert written in ur sig
3. u might have a faulty cart i had the same problem... what country it from what version is it
