I got a simply from them just a month or two ago, now, I can't speak for the UK, but the item was shipped and received in less than two weeks, but they really gouge you for the shipping. ($20 USD)
For whatever reason, the M3 team stopped making the white case and no, there are no other simply shells, sorry.

1. I havn't personally used gameyeeeah but I have seen it reccommended alot and it's also affiliated with gbatemp.net, also they should ship to the UK.

2. For quite a while now it is only possible to get the M3 DS Simply in the black casing. (basically the first batch came with both, and since then only black)

3. There has not been a pink shell released.
