hi
ive started getting error messages where it say roxio has encountered a problem and needs to close.how can i fix these error messages??

Roxio and Nero may be clashing on your pc might be why SoundTrax crashes too. So here's a few suggestions:
Uninstall both and run the corresponding clean tools for each - Nero Clean Tool & Roxio Zap Tool.
Reboot.
Run a registry cleaner like the free ccleaner. Use the issues and cleaner options.
Now try installing the latest Nero - download it from Nero's site.
See if everything is ok w/o having Roxio installed.

If you haven't done a disc defrag and virus scans very recently I'd do those too.
