Port Forwarding Utorent with Westell

I have trouble with utorrent, it downloads too slow, I have DSL and the max download speed I can get is around 300kb/sec, on utorrent I get about 30kb/sec

This is how they suggested the wireless router to be set up: http://www.portforward.com/english/route...7W/Utorrent.htm

I'm confused and don't know how to configure it, can you help me on choosing a port and how to configure the router?

OK,a port I've used in the past was 34,450 with no problems but any port over 10,000 that isn't the default will be fine. The version of utorrent shown is quite old, you will find the box to enter that port in utorrent at options>preferences>connection. If UPnP is enabled there, uncheck it. Are you able to access your router, you have to use IE, not Firefox, etc.
